Profit should not be a mission, it is an outcome. When you will focus on purpose i.e. your mission, then profitability is just an outcome. Making money shouldn’t be the sole purpose of your company. The problems of your customers which you will solve should be the purpose or mission of your company. Vision and mission act as a motivating factor for your employees, which is crucial for a company’s success.
“You cannot see the vision with physical eyes but from the mental eyes”. Vision and Mission are the keys to a successful business in that Appok Infolabs stand with you.

WHAT IS BUSINESS STRATEGY?
Business strategy is a art and science of formulating, implementation, and evaluating cross functional decisions that enables an organisations to achieve their objectives. There are three level of strategy
A- Corporate level for BODs, CEOs, Admin and management
B- Business level for Strategic business unit (SBU) and strategic business area (SBA).
C- Functional level for product mangers, feild manager and functional manager.
Strategy is a three-part deal:
1. Creating a vision/direction for the business
2. Identifying specific plans to achieve
3. A decision framework
A vision must be communicated effectively to the rest of your company (even if that’s just you). The best way to communicate your intent is by creating plans that lead to the vision being accomplished.
LESSON
A businessman who solely works for money is doomed to decline. Money is only an outcome which will fuel the growth of your company.
For Example:
- If a doctor opens a hospital to make money, then he will definitely resort to malpractices.
Just to make money, he will suggest various costly operations like cesarean, angioplasty, open-heart surgery, etc. even when they are not required. Within 30-60 months, the whole town will come to know about the unethical practices of that hospital. This may result in their debacle.
- On the other hand, if a doctor has made a mission to provide affordable healthcare service to people, then his brand will become popular soon.
Understood customer buying behavior?
- Do you understand consumer buying behavior?
- Do you want to retain your customers?
Consumer buying behaviour signifies more than just the approach of consumer towards buying a product. Marketing efforts therefore also emphasize on consumer’s consumption of services, ideas and activities. The manner in which consumer buys a product is extremely important to marketers. It involves understanding a set of decisions (what, why, when, how much and how often) that the consumer makes over the time.
WHO IS YOUR CONSUMER?
In general terms “Consumer is a person who consumes”, especially an individual belonging to a particular gender, age, sex, religion etc. and who acquires goods or services for direct use or ownership rather than for resale or use in production and manufacturing. In other words, it can be said that the Consumer is an individual who buys products or services for personal use and not for resale or reproduce.
A consumer is an important person who can make the decision to purchase an item from a particular store, and can be swayed by marketing and advertisements.
